Bon Pari is crafted with a strong commitment to quality, sourcing fruit from exceptional vineyards and harvesting at low yields to create rich, concentrated wines.

Our wines are made by acclaimed winemaker Fred Scherrer, who brings over 30 years of experience and a philosophy of minimal intervention—allowing the character of the fruit to shine. Each wine is aged for approximately 21 months in a blend of new and once-used French oak barrels from Burgundian coopers.

We release our Pinot Noirs three to four years after vintage and our Chardonnays after two years, ensuring they are enjoyable upon release while still offering the ability to age gracefully.
